• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided their payment details are different.

A verification email or SMS will be sent within 24 hours of account registration. Some features will be restricted until this is completed.

All financial transactions on 53ok are processed through encrypted channels. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 for standard members. VIP members have separate limits.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Transactions may be temporarily held for verification if they appear suspicious.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before submitting your request.

• Only one bonus code can be applied per deposit.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.

• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• Using bonus funds to place bets against yourself (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts and bonuses will be forfeited if false information is used to claim a bonus.

53ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Members will be notified in advance via their account or email in the event of any changes.

There are a few important rules to follow when placing bets on 53ok. These rules apply equally to all users.

• The maximum stake per single bet is determined by account type and event.
• In a parlay or multi-event bet, all selections must be correct to receive the full payout.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• Any bets placed by exploiting technical errors will be considered void.
• Placing bets using advance knowledge of match outcomes is strictly prohibited.

In any betting dispute, 53ok's decision is final. However, members always have the option to raise a dispute by contacting customer support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 53ok platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to balance forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to profit dishonestly through the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Deposits made through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

53ok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted access or account suspension.
• Temporarily held for security verification — your balance remains safe during this time.
• Permanent closure for Terms violations — in certain cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

53ok takes responsible gaming seriously. We want your betting experience to always be enjoyable and within your control.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for 6 months or permanently.
• Reality Check: Regular reminders showing how long you've been playing.
